JOB PURPOSE:

This is an exciting career opportunity for the females, responsible to provide First class Customer services. You will be our Brand Ambassador to reinforce our commitment to our guests by creating an atmosphere of hospitality where the guest feel special. You'll use your enthusiasm, energy and experience to deliver McDonald's experience which we promise in our advertisement.

Dimension:

The GRO will directly reports to the store manager and works in supervision of shift manager.

GRO Accountabilities

Hospitality Ambassador - creates Golden moments for our guests in lobby.

• Warmly Welcome Guests at entrance and showing gratitude at leaving.
• Assists with Guests needs in lobby.
• Updates regarding all Promotions.
• Receives Guests feedback and handle complains.
• Periodically measures and maintain the Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards in lobby.
• Managing Crew Staff in lobby.
• Distribute premiums to the kids
