Job Description:

Human Resources:
  • Responsible to prepare monthly payroll of MSAs (pre & post salary matters)
  • Coordination with Insurance dpt. related to Group Life Insurance matters of MSAs including monthly record of Additions/Deletions
  • Updating monthly MSA headcount detail, managing database and filing documents
  • Responsible for timely processing of employee benefits i.e. Medical Claims, Health cards, Group Life Insurance, LFA, Baby Feed (Cerelac), PF Loans, Marriage Allowance, EOBI & PESSI etc. through timely coordination with concerned departments.
  • Dispatching Salary Slips
  • Compliance related to working hours, 6+1 etc. of permanent staff
  • Facilitating employees’ in administrative matters i.e. hotel booking, rent-a-car, traveling etc.
  • Effective coordination with “Travel Desk” for arrangement of accommodation, transport, air bookings, foreign exchange and other travel related requirements
  • Coordination & arrangements of Orientation sessions for MCDD Employees & Management Trainees.
Business Support:
  • Handling Visitors, inquiries, routine matters and correspondence independently
  • Maintain and update filing system for general, personal and confidential files and provide necessary documents as and when required.
  • Update telephone directories of HO, Field and other important contacts.
  • Handling both local and International mail
  • Generate a Weekly schedule of HMCDD and all other HOD’s. To get volume and price commitment from all milk zones. To give a volume commitment to Supply Chain Planning department every week.
  • Coordination and compilation of volume targets for all the regions in milk shed.
  • Coordinate and follow up of different reports and data required by HMCDD from all zones to meet the deadlines e.g. Market Intelligence reports, Volume commitments,  Targets achievements & Organogram etc
  • Circulate the new and updated HMCDD instructions to whole milk shed. Keep the files & record updated.
  • Any other business related job assigned by Line Manager
