Relationship Officer :

1. We are major specialized bank, based in Islamabad, focusing on rural finance and development, with a wide network of branches across the country. The Bank intends to operate on commercial lines and to expand its out reach

 

2. In order to achieve financial viability and operational efficiency bank require the services of young, energetic as well as performance based driven force to market and patronize the Bank's products, meant to generate deposits. The potential candidate has to initially arrange deposit of Rs.25 million at the time of joining assignment and thereafter achieve minimum monthly deposits targets to be assigned by Bank.

 

3. The applicant should possess the requisite knowledge and experience to effectively function as Relationship Officer and should have:-

 

• Graduate degree with at least 2nd division and not more than 35 years of age.
• Experience in Marketing and Selling but not required in case of fresh graduates.
• Own conveyance with valid driving license.
• Ability to fetch handsome deposits for the Bank.

4. The candidate while applying for he post must specify the names of two strong business references alongwith their addresses and contact Nos.

 

5. This is purely contractual appointment and renewal will be subject to minimum performance level. The selected candidates will be paid lumsum remuneration of Rs. 20,000/- per month plus performance-based incentives. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
