The Management Trainee Officer position allows the incumbent to undergo an extensive training program which includes class-room training as well as practical work experience, equipping the trainee with the complete skill set and experience to develop a successful career with the Bank.

- holding a Masters or 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Equivalent from any H.E.C. recognized university, having obtained a Minimum of 70% marks,
- 1st Division or 3.0 CGPA,
- and no more than 25 Years of age as on March 31st, 2014 may submit their Curriculum Vitae for consideration.
