The Punjab Examination Commission (PEC) is an autonomous body of the Government of Punjab established through an Act of Punjab Assembly. PEC invites applications from suitable candidates domiciled in Punjab to fill up the following posts on contract basis.

1- Administrative Officer (Operation) BPS-17

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor degree from a recognized university with minimum 2nd div. Economics, Statistics or Accounting shall be major subject of study
• 1 year experience in any public or reputable private organization.
• Knowledge of financial procedures and systems used by the Government of the Punjab
• Knowledge of the structure of education and public administration procedures in the Punjab
• Age limit - 20-30 years

2- Accountant (BPS-11)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor degree from a recognized university with minimum 2nd div major in Accounts & Finance
• Knowledge of financial procedures and systems used by Govt of the Punjab
• Experience in accounts preferable
• Proficiency in MS-Office.
• Age limit 18-25 years

Terms and Conditions:

1. Attested copies of domicile, degrees, detail marks, character certificates, computerized NIC and experience certificate should be attached with application otherwise application will not be entertained.
2. Appointment will be made under Contract Policy, 2004 of Punjab Government
3. 5 years relaxation in upper age limit shall be allowed for above posts
4. Department has the right to short list the candidates
5. Interview call letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates
6. No TA/DA will be paid at the time of interview
7. Commission reserves the right to cancel appointment against any post 
8. Candidates working in Government/Semi Government and autonomous bodies may apply through proper channel
